Scope

This Privacy & Cookie Notice applies to the Vital Security and Investigations landing page at go.vitalsecurityfl.com, including its consultation-confirmation page. It describes information collected directly by Vital and information processed through the scheduling, analytics, session-replay, and advertising tools installed on this site.

This notice does not replace the privacy notices of websites or services reached through external links, including VitalSecurity.com or third-party platforms.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you schedule a consultation, the scheduling form may request your name, business email address, telephone number, company or property information, preferred appointment time, and answers or notes you choose to provide. Please do not submit access codes, resident or tenant lists, medical information, financial credentials, incident-report details, or other sensitive or confidential information through the scheduler.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, the site and its service providers may collect device and browser type, operating system, IP-derived approximate location, referring page, campaign parameters, pages viewed, timestamps, clicks, taps, scrolls, session duration, appointment-confirmation events, and cookie or similar identifiers.

Form contents and analytics are treated separately.

Vital does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or free-text scheduling responses to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn, or Meta through this site's analytics code.

03

How we use information

  • Schedule, confirm, prepare for, and follow up on your consultation.
  • Respond to questions and evaluate whether Vital's services may fit your property.
  • Understand which campaigns and pages lead to consultation requests.
  • Improve site usability, content, performance, and conversion flow.
  • Measure advertising performance and create or refine advertising audiences.
  • Protect the site, detect misuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

04

Cookies, analytics, and session replay

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored by your browser. Similar technologies may use browser storage, pixels, scripts, or pseudonymous IDs. This site uses the following services:

HighLevel / LeadConnector

Powers the embedded consultation calendar and processes the contact and appointment information you submit so Vital can schedule and manage the requested meeting. HighLevel acts as a service provider for its customer in this context.

HighLevel Privacy Policy

Google Analytics 4

Measures visits, traffic sources, device and browser information, page engagement, and site events. Google Analytics primarily uses first-party cookies and a pseudonymous identifier; Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Google Analytics privacy information

Microsoft Clarity

Creates heatmaps and reconstructed session replays from page content and interactions such as clicks, taps, mouse movement, scrolling, and navigation. Clarity states that input-box and dropdown contents are masked. We use these insights to identify usability problems and improve the landing-page experience.

Microsoft Privacy Statement

LinkedIn Insight Tag

Measures advertising conversions, supports campaign reporting, and may help build website audiences for advertising. LinkedIn states that its tag may create cookies and a first-party pseudonymous LinkedIn Ads ID.

LinkedIn Cookie Policy

Meta Pixel

Measures page visits and confirmed consultation bookings, supports campaign reporting, and may help create or refine advertising audiences across Facebook and Instagram. The confirmation page sends Meta's standard Schedule event after a successful calendar booking.

Meta Privacy Policy

05

How information is shared

Vital may disclose information to team members who handle consultations; vendors that provide scheduling, hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, security, or technical support; professional advisers; and authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, prevent harm, or complete a business transaction.

Vital does not sell the contact information you submit for money. However, some privacy laws define disclosures involving advertising cookies or cross-site advertising as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” even when no money changes hands. The LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel may fall within those definitions where the applicable law treats them that way.

06

Retention and security

Vital retains consultation and business-contact records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to Vital's account settings and the service provider's applicable terms and controls.

Microsoft states that most Clarity recordings are retained for 30 days, while favorited recordings and a limited sample may be retained for up to nine months. LinkedIn states that directly identifying information is removed from Insight Tag data within seven days and remaining pseudonymized data is deleted within 180 days. Provider practices may change; consult the linked provider notices for current details.

Vital uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

07

Your privacy choices

Because privacy rights vary by location and business relationship, a request may not apply in every circumstance. Vital will evaluate requests under the law applicable to the requester and the information involved.

08

Children's privacy

This business-to-business site is intended for property, facility, and association decision-makers and is not directed to children. Vital does not knowingly use this site to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact Vital so the situation can be reviewed.

09

Changes to this notice

Vital may update this notice as the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented in a reasonably prominent manner.
